- All therapies are priced at £60 per session, each session lasting between 50 to 60 mins. For most therapies, you will need (approximately) between 8 and 10 sessions, but this can vary.
- Phobia is 4 sessions in total.
- Smoking/Vaping Cessation is a one off 2hr session – £125
What is Solution Focused Hypnotherapy?
Unlike some other therapies, Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (SFHT) doesn’t dwell on the problems that led you to seek help, nothing can change the past it has gone and so too has any opportunity to change it. SFHT is a gentle, enjoyable, and very effective therapy, it uses a combination of language patterns, trance (hypnosis) and psychotherapy which focuses, and concentrates, on the positive future that you, the client, is looking to achieve, moving forward. This gentle, relaxing, and empowering therapy will teach you, arm you and show you, how you can do just that.
Client, and Therapist work together to break the debilitating cycle of negative thought patterns, replacing them with positive, and healthy patterns which will, over a period, rewire and alter the neural pathways in your brain leading to a more positive way forward and a happier ‘YOU’.

What happens at the ‘Initial Consultation’?
This is where you will find out in more detail, how the brain works, and how we can help you with your reason for seeking help, and, more importantly, what we can do about it. You will hear a lot more about the function of the brain, and how important it is to understand how it, and the neuroscience, works in conjunction with your therapy – ‘should you choose to go ahead’
You will begin to understand why we can’t change the past, it’s gone, with no opportunity, ever to change it. Instead, you will discover how wonderfully clever your brain is at paying attention to what you want, how you see yourself moving forward and how it can help you to achieve a new and positive future, in the way that you see it.
You will learn about the ‘three P’s’ – Acting positively, interacting positively, and thinking positively.
You will also learn about the chemical responses in the brain, what causes us to feel anxious, stressed, or depressed and what we can do about it. You will also find out why sleep is so important, what REM is and what it does, and what happens in the brain while we sleep. These and many other fascinating discoveries await you should you choose to explore a different and lasting method of alternative therapy that really does work.
