About Carol

Outside of therapy, I am married to Dave, a mum of two grown up sons and a doggy mum to Molly. I am also an exam invigilator at a local comprehensive school.

I love walking, spending time outside amongst nature is important to me as it keeps me in touch with who I am, it clears my head and keeps me grounded.

I believe we should never give up on our dreams and aspirations, they may take longer than we’d like to manifest, but remember, we must be in the right place within ourselves, to do them justice.

My passion in life is to help people live their best life, and through the incredible power of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, I am able to do just that.

Having trained with the prestigious Clifton Practice Hypnotherapy Training (CPHT) at York University, I gained my Diploma in Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy. CPHT is nationally accredited by the five biggest Hypnotherapy bodies in the U.K, including The National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH).

• Initial Consultation 1hr – Free.
• All therapies are priced at £60 per session, each session lasting between 50 to 60 mins. For most therapies, you will need (approximately) between 8 and 10 sessions, but this can vary.
• Phobia is 4 sessions in total.
• Smoking/Vaping Cessation is a one off 2hr session – £125

You will be made to always feel comfortable and relaxed and treated with empathy and respect, as we begin your journey of transformation, together.
